Kitchen

Remove cobwebs, dust bunnies, and clean inside/outside cabinets.
Thoroughly dust clean blinds (if not flimsy and breakage will result).
Clean interior windows, including tracks.
High touch points, light switches, doorknobs, appliance knobs, light fixtures (if in good repair), shelves, ceiling fans (within reach), and wash baseboards.

Refrigerator

Pull all shelves, crispers, butter trays, and ice cube trays to clean and sanitize. If pulling any item will cause breakage, we will not pull it. We will clean in place.
Clean and sanitize the interior of the refrigerator. Wipe top to bottom and sides.
Clean top, front, sides, and bottom of refrigerator. For safety reasons, we cannot pull out appliances ourselves. Please have appliances moved before we arrive.

Stove

Clean and detail inside of the oven—If self-cleaning, please notify.
Client: Please put newspaper under the appliance to shield the floor.
Clean oven racks to remove debris and stuck on film.
Clean oven drawer
Range burners, including underneath them.
Detail the exterior of the stove, clean knobs, and underneath knobs
Scrub Drip Pans
Degrease and shine the range hood, and rinse grease filters.
Client: If the back needs cleaning, please pull the appliance out for access before cleaners arrive.
Client: If possible, please spray the oven with desired oven cleaner the night before cleaners arrive.

Clean and remove all crumbs, debris, and polish.

Sinks

Clean, sanitize, and polish sinks and all fixtures.

Microwave

Clean the interior of the microwave.
Clean and polish the microwave’s exterior and clean underneath if possible.

Dishwasher

Clean, sanitize and refresh the interior of the dishwasher. Clean the sides and edges.

Floors

Hard floors—Clean by vacuuming (edging) and mopping.
Carpets throughout—Thorough vacuuming (edging).

Bedrooms

Remove cobwebs and dust bunnies, and clean inside/outside closets, including top shelves, and wash baseboards.
Thoroughly edge and vacuum carpets and/or vacuum, edge, and mop hard floors.

Bathrooms

Remove soap scum, lime scale, calcium, shine shower surround, and/or tile.

Shower

Clean the curtain rod and/or shower frame.
Clean, sanitize and shine shower taps and fixtures.

Bathtub

Remove soap scum, lime scale, and calcium, and clean, sanitize, and shine the interior and exterior of the bathtub.
Clean, and sanitize bathtub taps and fixtures.

Toilet

Clean and sanitize the toilet (including behind and around the toilet).

Laundry Room

Remove cobwebs and dust bunnies, wipe and tidy shelves, clean the sink, shine taps and fixtures.
Wipe down the washer and dryer, including under the lids.
Tidy general appearance, edge, vacuum, and mop floor.
Clean light fixtures, remove spots, and clean doors (both sides) and frame.
Clean baseboards and moldings, edge, vacuum and/or mop floors.
